I can personally attest to this baker's expertise when she responded about the level of customization she's able to deliver for her clients. Let's just say her cupcake made it all the way from Houston to Maryland. It is that GOOD!  As usual, these posts are short and sweet. (pun intended!) Come along.  

1. What is Wink by Erica and what are the best uses?

Wink by Erica makes special moments a little bit sweeter with custom desserts that are baked to order to the customer's taste and aesthetic. Almost all of the desserts are made from scratch. Customers can customize the design and look to even the taste, getting a dessert more or less sweet.
Wink caters to those that wants to celebrate their special moment with something unique to their event design.



2. What problems do most of your clients have and how have you solved the problem?

Dessert services: My dessert services are flexible, I am able to be as involved or not in the process. For example, I can provide only 1 dessert for a customer or help with design, delivery, and set up for an entire dessert table.

Paper products: In addition, I can help with paper products like cake and cupcake toppers and dessert labels.

What are all the desserts you make?

A complete catalog and pricing can be found at, however, I'm happy to accommodate special requests for customers such as a giant reese's and brownies. All you have to do is ask!

Desserts start at $15 (a dozen of cookies), average clients spend $70.




5. Any advice for someone starting out or if you have a workshop coming up.
